Ich bin Landwirt \u2013 und das aus \u00dcberzeugung.<br data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"398\" \/>Was heute oft \u201enachhaltige Landwirtschaft\u201c genannt wird, war f\u00fcr mich lange einfach mein Anspruch an die eigene Arbeit. Doch mit den Jahren habe ich gemerkt: Es reicht nicht mehr, still seinen Weg zu gehen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"822\">Ich esse gern. Und ich m\u00f6chte wissen, woher das kommt, was auf meinem Teller landet. Genuss und Verantwortung geh\u00f6ren f\u00fcr mich zusammen \u2013 gegen\u00fcber den Tieren, der Landschaft und den Menschen, die unsere Produkte essen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"1076\">Mir geht es nicht darum, perfekt zu sein. Sondern darum, bewusst Entscheidungen zu treffen und sie konsequent umzusetzen. F\u00fcr bessere Haltungsformen, f\u00fcr einen respektvollen Umgang mit Ressourcen und f\u00fcr eine Landwirtschaft, die auch morgen noch tr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1229\">Reden kann jeder. Der eigentliche Unterschied entsteht im Alltag \u2013 bei jedem Schritt, jeder Entscheidung, jedem Tier. Wenn ein Tier erkrankt, erfolgt eine Behandlung ausschlie\u00dflich aus medizinischer Notwendigkeit \u2013 verantwortungsvoll und immer in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tierarzt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"574\">Die von uns gehaltenen Rassen gelten als besonders robust und widerstandsf\u00e4hig. Eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Haltung, viel Bewegung und eine angepasste F\u00fctterung tragen wesentlich zur Gesundheit der Tiere bei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"807\">Vermarktet wird ausgew\u00e4hltes, besonders hochwertiges Fleisch von Ochsen.
